At Bohomoon, we want you to love every piece of jewelry you receive; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unworn to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your items in their original Bohomoon pouches and secure them in a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the generated return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
